The Home has 17 bedrooms on 3 floors

Ground Floor: two double rooms, one with ensuite toilet of approxomately 16sq Mts.

1st Floor: Four single rooms (10.5 sq Mts.), six double rooms (16 sq Mts.)

Top Floor: Four single rooms (12 sq Mts.), One double room (16 sq Mts.)

All room sizes meet the National minimum standard.

Social Rooms:

There are two lounges: A large reception and a seperate dining room, all centrally heated. Service Users are encouraged to use these public rooms. However, Service Users who choose to stay in their rooms may do so. Smoking is not allowed in these communal rooms and, whilst generally discouraged within the Home, the dining room is set aside for this purpose. All rooms are connected to a Nurse Call System for the benefit and safety of Service Users. Rooms do not have privacy locks on doors, so a lockable facility to secure valuables and personal items is available.
